What began as a small business rooted in the heart of Detroit has become a national movement of empowerment, education, and legacy-building. Detroit Legacy Solutions was born from a deep commitment to uplift underserved communities through financial literacy, mindset mastery, and access to funding opportunities. As our impact expanded beyond city borders—partnering with changemakers, nonprofits, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders across the country—it became clear that our mission was bigger than one city. National Legacy Solutions represents this evolution. We are scaling our vision, equipping individuals and organizations nationwide with the tools to create lasting legacies, build generational wealth, and lead with purpose. Though our roots remain in Detroit, our reach now stretches across the country, proving that when you plant seeds, they grow far beyond where they were sown.

Founder & CEO

For nearly a decade, Flor has been involved in the nonprofit sector and sat on both sides as a grant writer and a funder, with internal knowledge of what organizations are seeking from you.

Succesfully supporting nonprofits across her community in aquiring hundreds of thousands in grant funding opportunties, to raising over $5 million dollars in fundraising, and even selected to give $1.5 million to over 10 organizations each

in the city of Detroit.

CMO & Managing Partner

With over 15 years serving Metro Detroit for small business construction, he has been able to translate his knowledge & expertise. With his robust background in business management, marketing, & finances, he has been able to translate his knowledge & experience and apply it within our company as a valued & vital, partner & leader.

Michigan Central Childrens $11M Endownment Initiative

Flor was selected as a community leader to participate on the Youth Selection Committe to select 10 organizations in the City of Detroit to receive $1.5 Million in endowment and match funds. A critical catylist to creating longevity for well deserving organisations providing impacts to youth across Detroit.

NONPROFIT EXECUTIVES & BOARDS

Cultural Crossroads Initiative & The Detroit Creative Society

Selected to be the ambassador of the Cultural Crossroads Initiative, aimed to bridge the gap between Corktown & Southwest Detroit, Flor was invited to be seated on both the Stakeholders council & Youth Council. Leading as the Project Manager for the Detroit Creative Society, Flor helped to create an annual cultural destination event in partnership with Michigan Central Station.

Community & Leadership Development

Providing in person training to community organizations such as Congress of Communities, to equip other leaders with the tools, knowledge and mindset to scale their impact. Ultimatly receiving over $5 Million in Fundraising efforts in less than a year.

Land Value Tax Proposal

Invited to speak on behalf of the Mayor of Detroit, Mike Duggan, Flor voiced her opinion on the importance of voting for the Land Value Tax to help reduce property taxes for residences across the City of Detroit.
